WHO WE LOOK FOR

Who Builds a Successful All Dry Business?

All Dry awards franchises rather than selling them. This two-way evaluation helps both sides determine if it’s the right fit.

THE CANDIDATE PROFILE

Backgrounds that translate well

Successful All Dry owners come from diverse industries. We find that corporate management executives, military veterans, and entrepreneurial leaders possess the precise operations focus and discipline needed to scale our systems.

Owner-Operator vs. Semi-Absentee

Choose your ownership pathway: take a hands-on operational role daily or manage a executive leader while maintaining high-level business oversight.

Owner-Operator

Hands-on daily involvement. Fastest path to revenue ramp-up and strongest validation scores among current franchisees. Recommended for all first-year operators.

Semi-Absentee

Permitted. Requires a strong hired General Manager who completes the initial training program and runs day-to-day operations. Works for candidates who remain actively engaged in business development and financial oversight — not for fully passive investors who want no management involvement.

The Self-Assessment

Evaluate your alignment with our model by reviewing the core leadership traits, operational mindsets, and capital expectations that define franchise success.

Strong fit:

  • Comfortable owning and managing a sales-forward business development function
  • Disciplined in following documented processes and brand standards
  • Financially qualified as described above
  • Motivated by building a team and a community-embedded essential-services business
  • Willing to invest in the ramp period without expecting immediate profitability

May not be the right fit:

  • Expecting fully passive ownership with no management involvement
  • Under-capitalized relative to investment requirements
  • Resistant to operating within a documented franchise system and brand standards
  • Approaching the decision with unrealistic revenue timeline expectations
THREE CANDIDATE PATHS

Your Pathway to Ownership

Discover how your unique professional background—whether corporate leadership, military service, or independent contracting—perfectly translates into building a successful restoration business.

Corporate Executives & First-Time Buyers

You’ve spent years building other people’s organizations. All Dry gives you a documented system and a proven model to build your own — in an industry with structural demand that doesn’t require you to invent the market.

U.S. Military
Veterans

Discipline. Systems-orientation. Leadership under pressure. These are not skills All Dry teaches — they’re skills veterans bring on day one. All Dry offers a 25% veteran franchise fee reduction.

Independent Restoration Business Owners

You’ve already built the technical foundation. What All Dry adds is the infrastructure — CRM, national accounts, documented operations, and brand — that is nearly impossible to build independently at the same cost and speed.
